Multiple factors involved. Some range files are missing and it is unclear why. Some warnings of lost receiver connection and high background noise in all channels. At some times, logs didn't contain any warnings and range files were simply not there. Many of the range and CSQ were on site, but not processed to CSS and radials although SpectraAverager and AnalyzeSpectra programs were running. When CSQ were copied back into the SpectraSeries folder and reprocessed, several missing CSS files and radial files were created.

Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting
